    We have heard of superhumans participating in Ironman Triathlons, but what if we told you that you can compete your first ever triathlon too with proper training? As we grow older, we find ourselves getting weaker as we lose muscle mass. However, the recruitment of muscle fibre (type 1) for aerobic activities such as triathlons are not diminished and may even increase with age.

    Learn basic tips about the swim/bike/run segments and how to transition smoothly between stations. In addition, with our busy work schedules and balancing our social life, learn how to manage and adjust your training programme to suit your lifestyle.

    The rates provided for our talks are for general ad hoc services. We primarily charge based on the trainer or speaker's time, not per participant, except for logistics-intensive activities where charges are per participant to cover materials or supplies costs. Additional fees may include venue, stage, sound system, extra trainers, and transportation.
