    We have heard of superhumans participating in Ironman Triathlons, but what if we told you that you can compete your first ever triathlon too with proper training? As we grow older, we find ourselves getting weaker as we lose muscle mass. However, the recruitment of muscle fibre (type 1) for aerobic activities such as triathlons are not diminished and may even increase with age.

    Learn basic tips about the swim/bike/run segments and how to transition smoothly between stations. In addition, with our busy work schedules and balancing our social life, learn how to manage and adjust your training programme to suit your lifestyle.
