Even though the program is fully online, your team still receives active support. Our trainer is available via chat to answer questions and provide guidance.   • Not at all. Our trainer handles all the tracking, messaging, and support.

  • No. Every employee completes their workouts on their own time, whenever it fits their schedule.

  • This program is made exactly for them. That’s why we do the Day 1 benchmark test—so our trainer can adjust the workouts, ensuring everyone moves safely.

  • While they can complete their habits and workouts in the app at any time of day, our trainer is online Monday to Friday between SGT 10 am - 5 pm. They can drop their questions in the chat anytime, and they can expect a response within 24–48 hours.

  • Not at all. While the program uses a structured foundation so you aren't guessing, the trainer is still taking care of them. They will complete a benchmark test at the start, and we will adjust the exercise reps according to their specific level so they are moving safely.

  • Zero equipment and zero gym required. Every session focuses on simple, equipment-free bodyweight exercises. It is designed to be completely safe and "living room friendly".

  • For these 28 days, we focus on exercise and building simple, sustainable habits. To keep things manageable and avoid overwhelm, detailed nutrition coaching or meal plans aren’t included in this phase.

    However, if they are looking to take their results further, we do offer personalized nutrition coaching to support their goals here.

  • This program does not include 1-on-1 video calls by default, as it is built around flexible, affordable app-based coaching.

    However, if they would like more personalised, real-time support, they can add on a private session with our trainer anytime.

  • Our trainers will do their best to support and answer questions related to the program throughout their journey.

    To keep coaching focused and effective, topics outside the program scope (such as detailed training plans or nutrition guidance) are not covered. If they would like more personalised support, they can top up for additional fitness or nutrition consultations.

  • Not at all. Once you approve the quote, we give you a simple, pre-written email and a signup link. You forward it to your team, they click the link to download the app, and our trainer takes it from there.

  • Yes. At the end of the 28 days, we provide HR with an engagement report. You’ll be able to see overall participation rates and team progress so you can actually prove the ROI of your wellness budget.

  • No subscriptions or hidden fees. Because this is a standardized 28-day program, it is a one-time flat fee based on your employee headcount. You know exactly what you are paying upfront.

  • The goal is to build a foundation they can maintain! If your team loves the momentum and wants to keep going, we offer continuation tracks and monthly maintenance packages that you can choose to roll out next.
