Buddy PT is a 1-coach-to-2-participants personal training program, where each session is 1 hour and both participants train together at the same time. Each session follows a personalised fitness training plan, giving you the structure of personal training with the energy of training as a duo.

No — different fitness levels are welcome. Your personal trainer will structure the session to accommodate both clients, making modifications where needed so each person can train comfortably and appropriately during the same personal training session.

Yes, You may let us know if you have a preferred trainer during the consultation; however, trainer selection depends on your chosen plan and availability.
Standard Plan: A trainer will be assigned based on your goals, schedule, and location to ensure the best fit.
Premium Plan: If you have a specific trainer in mind or special requests, we’ll prioritise your preference, subject to availability.
