This programme is ideal for full-time National Servicemen (NSFs) and reservists (NSmen) preparing for IPPT, pre-enlistees or students training for NAPFA, parents who want to support their children’s fitness journey, and corporates with male staff required to take the IPPT.

Frequently asked questions

  • Not at all. Our program is designed to meet you at your current fitness level. Whether you're a beginner or already active, we’ll assess your abilities and build a customized training plan to improve your performance safely and progressively.

  • Our mock tests simulate the full NAPFA or IPPT format, including proper rest times and test order. You'll be scored based on the official criteria, and we’ll provide feedback on your pacing, form, and scoring potential.

  • We recommend at least 1–2 sessions per week for consistent progress. The 12 and 24-session packages are structured to support gradual improvement and allow enough time for strength, endurance, and technique development.

  • Yes, our training is flexible. If you struggle with a particular component — like running, sit-ups, or push-ups — we’ll target those areas while still ensuring balanced overall fitness.

  • What if I miss a session?
    All sessions must be used within the validity period of your package. Unused sessions will be forfeited after the expiry date.

    If you’re unable to attend due to travel or illness, you’re encouraged to schedule make-up sessions within the same week or nearby dates.

    Note: All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Yes! Many of our clients are students preparing for NAPFA or pre-enlistees training for their first IPPT. We adapt the programme to suit their fitness level and school/lifestyle schedules.

  • Definitely. We provide regular progress updates for parents who want to stay involved and support their child’s journey.

  • Sessions are typically held at convenient outdoor locations, parks, or stadiums. If you have a preferred training area, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

    Some available locations include:
    – House Call (your home)
    – Woodlands (Woods Square Gym)
    – City Hall
    – Stadiums
    – Ark Grit Keat Hong (Choa Chu Kang)
    – Solas Gym (Raffles Place / Clarke Quay)

    Please note: Not all trainers are available at every location. Each trainer has their own set areas and schedule, so we’ll match you based on your preferred location and trainer availability.
