The rates provided for our talks are for general ad hoc services. We primarily charge based on the trainer or speaker's time, not per participant, except for logistics-intensive activities like cooking demos, where charges are per participant to cover ingredient costs. Additional fees may include venue, stage, sound system, extra trainers, and transportation.
For a one-way cooking demo, the one-hour duration includes time for setup, logistics, and cleaning.
In a two-way cooking demo, we provide ingredients and cooking equipment. Participants work in teams of four per table or cooking set, with the client responsible for providing tables and electrical points for the cooking demo.
