  • Absolutely! We are flexible and can organize our workshops at your office or any preferred venue. Just let us know your preferences, and we’ll make it happen!

  • We do not impose a minimum or maximum participant limit for physical sessions unless it involves workshops requiring specific logistics (e.g., cooking demonstrations). The number of participants will be determined by the capacity of the chosen venue.

  • No, we are not registered for GST and do not charge this tax.

  • Absolutely! Please inform us of your employees' preferred intensity, and we will relay this to the assigned trainer. If you're unsure, our experienced trainers can adjust the intensity on the day of the session based on participant engagement.
