FITFAMCO began as SGFITFAM in 2016. With $0 and a laptop, our founder worked from local cafes and relying on supportive friends who volunteered their weekends. The journey started with a simple belief: wellness should be practical, relatable, and accessible.
How We Got Here
In 2019, we expanded into corporate wellness, delivering 5,000+ sessions across diverse industries.
2023–2025: A major leap forward — from a major public health partnership to consecutive SME 500 awards and launching our digital platform.
10 years later, the journey continues.
From humble beginnings in a local café to empowering 1,000+ clients, our journey has only just begun. As we look ahead, we’re taking our vision beyond Singapore and into new communities across Southeast Asia by 2028.
