What began in 2016 as a vision to help people live healthier, more sustainable lives has grown into a decade of educating, guiding, and empowering individuals and organisations to make wellness a lasting part of everyday life.
How We Got Here
From humble beginnings to milestones that shaped who we are today, here’s a look back at the moments that defined our journey.
FITFAMCO began as SGFITFAM in 2016. With $0 and a laptop, our founder worked from local cafes and relying on supportive friends who volunteered their weekends. The journey started with a simple belief: wellness should be sustainable, practical, and accessible, so people could build healthier lifestyles that last.
In 2019, we expanded into corporate wellness, delivering 5,000+ sessions across diverse industries.
2023–2025: A major leap forward — from a major public health partnership to consecutive SME 500 awards and launching our digital platform.
10 years later, the journey continues.
From humble beginnings in a local cafe to empowering 1,000+ clients, our journey has only just begun. As we look ahead, we’re taking our vision beyond Singapore and into new communities across Southeast Asia by 2028.
