This is a safe, simple, and guided 28-day digital map to build your fitness foundation. It requires just two equipment-free bodyweight sessions per week, complemented by tracking daily habit wins, such as hydration and steps, via the Everfit app. It is explicitly designed as a "living room-friendly" starting point, not a hardcore weight loss program.

This blueprint is specifically designed for fitness beginners and busy Singaporean professionals who are experiencing decision fatigue and "Gym-timidation". It acts as a "Level 0" entry point for those who are tired of starting and stopping or who haven't worked out in years, removing the overwhelm of fitness "noise".

Your Pace, Always: This program is designed as a kickstarter to encourage you to move at a comfortable pace, without the pressure of extreme workouts.
HOW IT WORKS
Before you start, you will fill out a quick form and complete a simple benchmark test to see where you are currently at.
Step 1: Find Your Starting Point.
Your coach will review your form and adjust the exercises specifically to your level so you can work out safely and comfortably.
Step 2: We Build Your Routine.
You will log into the Everfit app to complete your two weekly bodyweight sessions and check off simple daily habits, like drinking water. Your coach gets notified the moment you complete a task to help keep you accountable.
Step 3: Track & Move.
Step 4: Celebrate Your Progress.
At the end of the 28 days, you will complete the benchmark test one more time to measure your improvement and see exactly how much your energy and strength have grown.
