Each individual will have their own goals so FITFAMCO will curate a team of specialists that best suits your needs. For example, you could be engaging a weight management team consisting of a personal trainer and a nutritionist or you could also be pushed to your limits by an athletics team made up of a triathlon coach, a sports nutritionist, and a rehab specialist. The plans that we curate will always put your interests in focus and work harmoniously for the best possible outcomes.

Sure. However, this also depends on the trainer's availability. You may book a complimentary consultation here, where we can find out more about you and your goals to be able to recommend you the most suitable trainer for you. During the consult, you may share with the consultant your preferred trainer as well.

Currently, we do not offer online coaching for runners. All coaching sessions are conducted in-person to ensure you receive hands-on guidance and immediate feedback during your training.
