About:

Joe holds a day job as a PE Teacher & he does coaching during his free time, mainly specializing in middle & long-distance events in Singapore.

He is also an avid endurance athlete actively involved in the Masters Athletics scene as a competitive runner and race walker. What keeps him going is seeing his athletes improve and achieve their personal best in their respective events.

He has a keen interest in performance nutrition, which plays a crucial role in endurance sports. Outside of teaching and coaching, Joe enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, kayaking and rock climbing during his free time.
