About:

Eileen has a decade of experience in diet & nutrition consultation & training. Eileen graduated diploma from Diet and Nutrition (UK) and is Certified in Nutrition & Dietary Application (Republic Polytechnic). She is also the 1st Runner Up in Nutrition Cooking Challenge in Singapore, which will be adding her skills in nutrition and cooking.
Eileen believes that individuals can improve their general mental and physical health with the right nutrition in order to achieve a better quality of life.

Eileen worked across different settings including clinical, food service, and digital dietetics, contributing to the promotion of health and the prevention and treatment of illness by optimizing the nutrition of individuals. As a dietitian, Eileen still enjoys all kinds of foods (yes! Including cakes and cheese) and also enjoys cooking (she baked a cake and made a cheese platter last Christmas celebration). But she still believes in a variety, moderation, and balanced diet.

Apart from food, Eileen learned how to play pickleball last month and enjoys walking out to see beautiful nature.

Her practice in FITFAMCO is to empower individuals to achieve a happier and healthier life through evidence-based personalized nutrition care.
