About:

Faizah started her fitness career as a personal trainer in 2005, a decision which was motivated by her desire to lose weight and feel good about herself.  She is now a specialist in personal and group fitness exercises under the Health Promotion Board programme as well as corporate yoga classes. 

She spent most of her fitness career planning and leading people of all ages and gender to get into the best shapes and fitness of their lives. Passionate about the balance of yoga, she has taught to such diverse groups such as the senior generation, working adults, kids and those seeking to improve flexibility and strength.  

Faizah is deeply passionate to help her clients feel confident, strong and happy during the workout session.  Motivating her participants to be the best versions of themselves is what Faizah loves to do everyday.
