About:

Fitness has been part of her life since teenager, and enjoying aerobics & gym. However, she started Yoga over 10 years ago and enjoys other activities like high/low impact aerobics, body pump, body combat, circuit training etc weekly.

She started her freelance teaching in 2014 and did private sessions on client premises while continuing to take up training and workshops. Only 5 years ago when she went into full-time group classes teaching at Certis CISCO Academy, School group classes, corporate company, HPB group classes, Community Centre, RC, ActiveSG, and Condominium group classes.
