Nicole’s journey began in her teens, when stepping into the fitness world often felt overwhelming without the right support. Over time, she learned to navigate that space with purpose, developing a strong foundation in movement, nutrition, and mental well-being. These lived experiences now shape her coaching philosophy, where she emphasises proper form, mindful movement, and sustainable habits that honour both the body and mind.

As a coach, Nicole prioritises safety, injury prevention, and consistency, ensuring clients build long-term progress rather than quick fixes. Beyond her 1-to-1 sessions, she brings her energy and structure to group strength and cardio classes. Outside the gym, she stays active through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, enjoys exploring nutrition, advocates for mental health, and can often be found keeping up with her schnauzer.
