Filbert is a highly experienced Personal Trainer and Strength Coach who began his coaching journey in 2014. With roots as a competitive athlete, he has spent over a decade refining his craft both on the court and in the gym, gaining a deep understanding of how the body moves, adapts, and performs. Combining his athletic background with extensive knowledge in exercise science and nutrition, Filbert designs structured and evidence-based programs tailored to each client’s goals, strengths, and needs. His methodical coaching style focuses on sustainable progress, injury prevention, and functional movement.
