The Female Personal Trainer Programme is a one-to-one coaching experience with a female coach, created for women who prefer training in a comfortable, supportive, and judgement-free environment. Each programme is personalised to your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle, ensuring your training feels realistic, sustainable, and aligned with your needs.
Each 1-hour session is designed to help you feel at ease and confident, especially during close, personalised training. This level of comfort allows you to focus fully on building strength and making progress at your own pace. With expert guidance, hands-on support when needed, and ongoing motivation, your trainer supports you in staying consistent and feeling stronger over time — both physically and mentally.

Yes. This Female Personal Trainer is offered under our premium plan, which includes the option to train with a dedicated female coach. You may let us know if you have a preferred female personal trainer during the consultation. Trainer assignment is subject to availability.

Yes. But, trainer selection is subject to availability and company policy. Preferences or requests can be shared during the consultation, and we’ll try to accommodate them based on availability and program suitability.

We do not operate a dedicated female-only training space. However, we conduct sessions in selected boutique or private studios, as well as at your home or condo gym, depending on your preference and availability

Our standard Personal Training packages are designed for one individual and cannot be shared. However, you may consider our Buddy Personal Training option. Please note that requests for a female personal trainer fall under our premium category, including for Buddy PT.

Yes. We understand the physiological changes that occur during perimenopause and menopause. Our trainers tailor the training approach according to your body’s needs. An initial consultation is required to better understand your condition and goals.
