Jaye is a Certified ACE Personal Trainer and Official Radical Fitness Instructor for Fight Do, UBound, and X55. With years of experience in group fitness and personal training, she designs programs that are fun, safe, and results-driven.

Specializing in HIIT, parent-child, and senior fitness classes, Jaye brings energy, inclusivity, and motivation to every session. Her training philosophy focuses on helping individuals build strength, endurance, and confidence — whether they’re beginners, experienced exercisers, or older adults looking to move better and feel stronger.
