Jia Min is an ACE-certified personal trainer who specializes in coaching female beginners, as well as pre- and post-partum clients, in weight training and nutrition through a balanced and sustainable approach. She supports women at different stages of life, helping them build strength safely, confidently, and progressively — whether they are new to training, returning after childbirth, or simply looking to move and feel better as they age.

Her coaching emphasizes proper movement mechanics and postural alignment to improve daily function and support long-term health. Jia Min believes fitness should enhance a woman’s quality of life — serving as a tool to relieve stress, not create additional pressure or unrealistic expectations. Rather than promoting extreme methods, she focuses on structured strength training paired with practical nutrition guidance that fits seamlessly into everyday life.

Having participated in a bodybuilding competition herself, Jia Min has firsthand experience with discipline and body transformation. Today, she applies that knowledge in a more realistic and compassionate way, helping women of all ages feel strong, confident, and fully supported through every phase of life.
