Jia Min is an ACE-certified personal trainer who specializes in coaching female beginners and pre- and post-partum clients through strength training and practical nutrition. With a balanced and sustainable approach, she helps women build strength safely and confidently—whether they're new to exercise, returning after childbirth, or looking to stay active and strong as they age.
Her coaching focuses on proper movement mechanics, postural alignment, and progressive strength training to improve everyday function and support long-term health. Rather than promoting restrictive diets or extreme fitness methods, Jia Min combines effective training with realistic nutrition guidance that fits seamlessly into daily life. She believes fitness should reduce stress, build confidence, and enhance quality of life—not become another source of pressure.
Having competed in bodybuilding herself, Jia Min understands the discipline and commitment behind body transformation. Today, she brings that experience into a more practical and compassionate coaching style, empowering women to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident at every stage of their fitness journey.
