About:

Chris’s passion for fitness began with his own transformation — building himself from a scrawny frame into a physique he finally feels confident in. Having personally struggled with body image, he understands the challenges many face and is driven to guide others toward achieving the strong, confident version of themselves they aspire to become.

His interest in rehabilitation and injury prevention developed during his two years as a locum nurse at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, where he worked within a multidisciplinary team alongside doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals. Through this experience, he was exposed to various rehabilitation techniques and corrective exercises, deepening his understanding of movement, recovery, and patient care.

Building on this foundation, Chris joined KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital’s Clinical Exercise Physiology department. There, he worked in areas such as women’s health, childhood obesity, and children with special needs — further refining his expertise in rehabilitation while gaining hands-on experience across a diverse range of cases.

Today, Chris channels this combined experience into helping clients alleviate pain, prevent injuries, and build strength and conditioning to improve their overall quality of life. His goal is to restore confidence — enabling clients to return to the sports and activities they love. He designs tailored training programs that address root causes, not just symptoms, ensuring long-term progress and sustainable results.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys pottery, ice baths, and spending quality time with his loved ones.
