Ruzaini is a personal trainer with over six years of experience helping individuals move better, feel stronger, and regain their confidence through fitness. His journey began in 2017 after a football injury left him sidelined with a sprained ankle. What started as a frustrating recovery turned into a lifelong passion for movement and strength. With little strength to support his own rehab, he turned to kettlebell training to rebuild himself—and that’s where everything started. Kettlebells eventually led him into weight training, and what began as rehabilitation quickly grew into a calling.
In 2019, he earned his personal training certification and has since expanded his expertise to include Animal Flow, Kickboxing, and HIIT. Skilled in both one-to-one and group settings, he enjoys keeping sessions fun, interactive, and challenging. Whether in a gym or outdoors with minimal equipment, Ruzaini always finds creative ways to make every workout effective and enjoyable.
Known for his unorthodox coaching cues, he believes fitness shouldn’t feel complicated. His mission is simple: to make training something clients look forward to—not dread.
Outside of coaching, Ruzaini enjoys slow walks around Singapore, discovering good food spots, and editing videos. He’s also developing an interest in learning new languages—still a work in progress, but a journey that keeps him grounded and curious.
